Unlock My Benefits Texas is a nonprofit collaborative made up of five Houston organizations. It consists of an online screener/questionnaire that asks a few basic questions about the members of your household and then provides you with a list of possible social service benefits that you may be eligible for. 

The screener takes about one minute to complete and you can connect with a nonprofit Benefits Navigator via phone or in person to answer questions about your eligibility and assist in applying for benefit programs.
